"Recruiting Simplified"

Justin Musil BS, NSCA-CSCSFounder of Elite Sports AdvisingElite Sports Advising was founded by Justin Musil to assist elite high school athletes and their families as they navigate through the recruiting process. After working with a national college recruiting organization, he realized that there was a definite need for a more personalized approach to get student athletes to the next level. He developed Elite Sports Advising to offer elite student-athletes the opportunities to have a personal advisor working for them throughout the entire recruiting process.

Justin has extensive experience working with athletes and their families, starting with his own experience playing baseball at the collegiate level. After college, Justin trained athletes at the high school and collegiate level in a variety of sports as a National Strength and Conditioning Association-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

His playing and training experiences give him a full-spectrum view of what it takes to play at the next level, and he uses these experiences to advise each student-athlete that he works with.

Through his strong networks with college coaches, Justin is able to help student-athletes get the exposure they need to play at the next level. He leverages his networks and his reputation of recommending quality athletes, to get student-athletes into the program that is right for them.

Justin is passionate about helping student-athletes achieve their dreams of playing at the collegiate level and he makes sure they find the “right fit” in doing so.
